Terms of Service

Version: 2026-10-26.1

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is binding.

1. General

  1. These terms govern the use of the HUGE mobile app (the “App”) and the services provided electronically through it.
  2. The service provider is Mamba IT Michał Kuś, ul. Świętokrzyska 16, 32-650 Kęty, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5492486607, email: huge@hugeai.pl (the “Provider”).
  3. huge@hugeai.pl is the point of contact for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). You can contact us in Polish or English.

2. Services

The App provides:

  • a user account;
  • a workout log (exercises, sets, reps, load);
  • reusable training plans;
  • squads (training groups) and a friends list;
  • posts, comments and likes;
  • the Hugie AI coach: training insights and chat (Section 4), in full with a paid AI Premium subscription (Section 3).

Using the App is free of charge, except for the AI Premium subscription.

3. AI Premium subscription

  1. AI Premium is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. It includes:
    1. chat with the Hugie AI coach;
    2. AI-written training insights on the Training tab, refreshed as you log more workouts;
    3. using the App without ads, if the Provider introduces ads in the free version of the App.
  2. AI features are subject to daily fair-use limits that protect the quality of the service and prevent abuse. Past part of the daily limit, a simpler AI model may answer; past the full limit, the chat is unavailable until the end of the day (in your local time). AI Premium does not give unlimited use of AI features.
  3. Without a subscription, you may receive an AI-written training insight on a limited basis (no more than once every 7 days); otherwise the insight is produced without AI.
  4. The subscription is bought in the App only through the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). The store handles the sale and payment, on its own terms, using the payment method linked to your Apple or Google account. The Provider never receives your card or bank details.
  5. The subscription is available for 1 month, 3 months or 12 months. The price (including VAT) and billing period are shown on the purchase screen in the App and in the store’s payment sheet before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by store country.
  6. The agreement for the AI Premium service is concluded when you confirm the purchase in the store. AI Premium applies to the HUGE account on which it was bought.
  7. The Provider may offer a free trial. Its length and the price that applies after it ends are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid and the store charges you for the first billing period. Eligibility for a trial is set by the store’s rules (for example, one trial per store account).
  8. The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The store charges for the next period within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  9. You cancel in the store’s subscription settings: on iOS in Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions), on Android in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). The AI Premium screen in the App links to these settings. After you cancel, AI Premium keeps working until the end of the paid period.
  10. Deleting your HUGE account does not cancel your subscription in the store. To avoid further charges, cancel the subscription in the store’s settings before you delete your account.
  11. Refunds are handled by the store that charged you, under its own rules: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Google Play Help). The Provider cannot refund a payment taken by the store itself. A refund ends access to AI Premium.
  12. A subscription bought with the same store account can be restored on another device with “Restore purchases” on the AI Premium screen.
  13. The store notifies you of a price change under its own rules (including asking you to agree to a price increase where its rules require it). The new price applies from the next billing period.
  14. The AI coach may be temporarily unavailable, for example because of an outage at the AI model provider or because the service’s daily cost limit has been reached.

4. Hugie AI coach

  1. Hugie answers automatically using an artificial intelligence model (Claude, provided by Anthropic), based on your messages and the training data you have logged in the App. How your data is processed: Privacy Policy, section 3a.
  2. Hugie’s insights and replies are general training tips, not medical advice, physiotherapy or dietary advice. They do not replace seeing a doctor. Hugie does not assess pain, injuries or medical conditions and does not advise on diet, supplements or body weight.
  3. AI replies may be inaccurate or may not fit your situation. You decide whether to follow them; if you feel pain or unwell, stop the exercise and see a doctor or physiotherapist.
  4. Your conversations with Hugie are private: they are not published or visible to other users. Neither the Provider nor the AI model provider uses them to train artificial intelligence models.
  5. Do not share details about your health or about other people in the chat, use Hugie for purposes unrelated to training, or try to get around its rules. If you do, the Provider may restrict your access to the chat.

5. Technical requirements

You need an iOS or Android device with a current version of the App, an internet connection, and an email address or a Google or Apple account.

6. Account and age

  1. The App is only for people aged 16 or over. Before an account is created, the App asks for your year of birth; no account is created for anyone under 16.
  2. The agreement is concluded when you create an account and accept these terms. The Provider records which version of the terms you accepted and when.

7. User content and intellectual property

  1. “User Content” means anything you publish or upload in the App: posts (text, photos, tags, workout summaries), comments, your profile picture, name and username, training plans and squad names.
  2. You keep all rights to your User Content. The Provider does not acquire the copyright in it.
  3. So that the App can work, you grant the Provider a non-exclusive, free-of-charge licence, not limited territorially, for the period set out in point 6, in the following fields of exploitation:
    1. recording and reproducing User Content in digital form, including storing it on the Provider’s servers and in backups;
    2. technical changes needed to show it in the App (resizing, compression, format conversion, cropping profile pictures); you consent to these changes;
    3. making it available in the App to the audience you choose with the visibility setting, including in feeds, profiles, squads and notifications, so that they can access it at a time and place of their choosing;
    4. automated and manual checks for illegal or prohibited content (point 9 and Section 8);
    5. adding the names of exercises you enter in training plans to the App’s shared exercise catalogue, available to all users, without any information identifying you.
  4. The Provider may grant sublicences only to providers that host or process data on its behalf, and only to the extent needed to run the App. The Provider:
    1. does not sell User Content;
    2. does not use User Content to train artificial intelligence models and does not allow its service providers to do so;
    3. does not use User Content in advertising or promotion outside the App without your separate, express consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  5. Other users who can see your User Content may view it in the App. If you share a training plan, users who can see it may enrol in it and follow it. Outside the App, other users may use your User Content only to the extent permitted by law.
  6. When you delete User Content or your account, the content stops being visible in the App immediately and is erased from the Provider’s live systems without undue delay. Its copies in backups are permanently deleted no later than 7 days after erasure. The licence then ends, except:
    1. for a copy kept as evidence in a moderation case, for as long as needed to handle the case and any appeal, and no longer than 6 months and 90 days after the last decision in the case;
    2. where the law requires the Provider to keep it, or it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for as long as necessary;
    3. for a training plan you authored in which other users are enrolled: it stays available to them without information identifying you;
    4. for exercise names already added to the shared catalogue under point 3.5.
  7. You may publish only User Content you have the right to publish. Publishing the image of a recognisable person (for example, someone in the background at the gym) requires their consent. Do not publish other people’s photos, paid training programmes or other protected material without the rightsholder’s permission.
  8. You must not publish:
    1. content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others (copyright, image rights, privacy);
    2. harassment, threats or hate speech;
    3. sexual content or nudity;
    4. content that sexualises minors; the Provider reports such content to the competent authorities;
    5. graphic violence;
    6. content promoting doping, anabolic steroids, the use of prescription drugs without a prescription, or prohibited substances;
    7. content promoting eating disorders, extreme weight loss or self-harm;
    8. spam, advertising, affiliate links, or offers of goods or services without the Provider’s consent;
    9. impersonation of others, other people’s personal data published without their consent, or links to malware or phishing.
  9. Photos added to posts are checked automatically before publication; a photo very likely to show nudity or violence is rejected. Post texts and photos may also be flagged automatically for review by a person. If you break these rules, the Provider may remove content or suspend your account under the procedure in Section 8. Decisions to remove content or suspend an account are made by a person.
  10. The App, its design, software, the exercise catalogue, and the HUGE name and logo belong to the Provider or its licensors. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy the App, collect data from it automatically (scraping) or decompile it, except where the law allows.
  11. The Provider may use your suggestions and feedback about the App freely and without payment.

8. Content moderation

  1. You can report content or another user directly in the App, and block other users.
  2. Reports are reviewed by the Provider. The Provider does not guarantee a specific response time.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the App or by emailing huge@hugeai.pl. Details: Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an AI Premium subscription in the store (Section 3, point 10).

10. Complaints

Send complaints to huge@hugeai.pl.

11. Health and safety

The App, including the AI coach, is not medical advice or a medical device (Section 4, point 2).

12. Changes to these terms

You will be notified of changes in the App. A new version must be accepted before you publish further content. All previous versions are available on this page.
